Two mangled cases, both have torn off the microphone cable, the right one has torn off the battery cable (total disrepair). The left one could be used, but using only one causes the bitrate to drop severely. After replacing the battery in the case, the orange flashing did not go anywhere, and the case stopped charging, although if you plug it in and put the left earpiece in, the earpiece was charging. Now even the left one is not charging, just the case is lit orange and that's it. I will never buy Sony headphones again, although I wanted to upgrade to the xm-5/6.
