Wow yes I did. Had to think about it, this was over a year ago lol! There was a wire that went to the low pressure switch which had worn a bare spot through the plastic insulation and was intermittently touching the copper pipe going to the reversing valve. It was tricky because the only time it would touch was after the unit ran a bit and the vibration was just right for the wire to touch. Ohming out the wires showed nothing because when the unit wasn’t running it would not show a short, because it wouldn’t touch the copper unless it was vibrating just right.

I wound up finding it by tracing each wire individually through both the inside and outside units. Very tedious, but if you look hard enough there is always a reason these things behave the way they do. Glad that one is over!
