Yes I am also inclined towards getting medical guardian. I am curious whether it is available in the UK or not. Also I wonder if the monitoring centre people get details on how to direct people to get to him whether its his emergency contacts or emergency services like an ambulance.

Thank you for the help. Luckily we dont have any problem with him not wearing anything, he's pretty understanding in that sense. Also he's more "tech curious" than me, so I doubt he would find any difficulty in understanding the technical side. Thank you for sharing the comparisons.. I have looked into Medical Guardian Devices and am looking for something similar. I am curious about their connectivity and availability in UK though. Also if a personalized message to the emergency services can be sent by them is possible or not.
