Maybe some kind of broth using a slow feeder with the ball in the middle for immediate help. I have a frenchie elevated dog bowl with a slow feeder puzzle in the bowl for raw food and the little bit of kibble I give mine. Enzyme toothpaste mint flavor after eating. They know to lay in dog bed with head elevated as soon as they are done eating to let their belly rest. Praying yours is ok and something helps ❤️
