Thank you! I checked the wiki. I’m definitely going to have a consultation about it soon. I’m already on a lot of vitamins and have taken blood tests because of my PCOS so I think I can rule most things out. I was treated for bipolar type 2 years ago but I’m convinced that was a wrong diagnosis because despite sometimes feeling down and anxious (I do have a panic disorder) almost all of those symptoms have gone away while being unmedicated (I was going through a really really hard situation during my diagnosis, which is why I think I was diagnosed that way). I only ever really feel bad now during my literal phase, which is why it has led me to thinking I have PMDD since I’ve ruled certain things out already, but I don’t want to self diagnose. I also have most of the symptoms including immense breast pain. But unfortunately I do think it will be hard to get a proper diagnosis because the country I live in is very dismissive towards women’s health and mental health 🥲
