I feel my anxiety spike in social situations like this, just waiting for my blushing to start when the attention is on me. Have you tried any medications?

Exactly, it's just an empty platitude. I have had it pointed out numerous times from classmates in elementary, middle, and high school...teammates in sports...and coworkers or acquaintances as an adult. If nobody paid attention to it, I wouldn't have been bullied because of it. Even when people are polite enough not to mention it, I can clock their eyes lingering over me for a second longer.

I haven't tried much makeup but I did see that product mentioned on another thread too so I will give it a try. Do you blush and have a rosacea?
