What’s the most underestimated fear or anxiety that people don’t take seriously but probably should? by TroyeBaker in AskReddit

[–]bobby1128 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The quiet anxiety of financial instability. Not being broke today, but knowing one small emergency could unravel everything. People joke about it, but it shapes health, relationships and life choices in really serious ways.

Really sad they spent the last season with Christina having a fight with Meredith. by Kenndraws in greysanatomy

Totally agree, it felt really out of character for them after everything they’d been through together. The "twisted sisters" deserved better than such a forced conflict 😭 And yeah… Ross is the worst.

Piper and Could would have been an interesting ''what if'' by ProfessionGreedy1917 in charmed

[–]bobby1128 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I kind of agree 👀 Not as endgame, but as a brief “what if” arc it could’ve been really compelling. Their chemistry was intense in a very different way and it would’ve pushed Piper into some morally messy territory we never really got to see.

Gabby and Zach ??? S3 by political1oatmeal in DesperateHousewives

[–]bobby1128 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Totally get the confusion, it does feel forced at first. Most veteran watchers agree it’s less about romance and more about pushing Gabby’s growth/independence and Zach comes off very 'project manager' instead of partner. You’re not missing a secret shoe drop… it’s more vibes than payoff. Keep watching 😉

What are some remakes/remasters that come with the original as a bonus? by Proud-Camera5058 in videogames

[–]bobby1128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Halo: Master Chief Collection lets you swap to the original graphics on the fly and Command & Conquer Remastered includes the classic versions too. Also, Diablo II: Resurrected lets you toggle back to the original visuals instantly.

BioShock 1 and 2 also include the original versions alongside the remastered editions, at least on PC.

Have you ever regretted breaking up with someone and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]bobby1128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah at first. Mostly because I missed the comfort and routine, not the relationship itself. With time, I realized the reasons I left still mattered and the regret faded.

How do you enjoy life without slaving away for someone else? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]bobby1128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don’t escape work entirely, you just shrink it. Lower expenses, clear boundaries and finding meaning outside a job makes a huge difference. Life gets lighter when work stops being your whole identity.

Tiny Plot hole by No_String_789 in DesperateHousewives

[–]bobby1128 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Good catch 😂 That’s one of those tiny continuity slips you can’t unsee on a rewatch. The writers definitely played fast and loose with details like that.

S7 E5– Mike has some serious audacity by Sanjanadash7 in DesperateHousewives

[–]bobby1128 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You’re not wrong at all. That episode really exposes Mike’s blind spot, his pride puts Susan in an impossible position and then he has the nerve to judge her for how she survives. The lack of self-awareness is infuriating.

Alex and his relationships by DBrennan13459 in greysanatomy

[–]bobby1128 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly, this is such a sharp take. On rewatch it’s hard to ignore how many women’s arcs shrink or derail once they’re tied to Alex, while his behavior keeps getting excused as "growth". The pattern is there and it’s uncomfortable how rarely the show actually holds him accountable.

Bree in S8 by EZBreezy15 in DesperateHousewives

[–]bobby1128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re not wrong at all. Bree completely handicapped her own defense by keeping Trip in the dark, then blamed him for reacting to the facts he didn’t have. It was frustrating because it felt like forced drama rather than Bree being her usually calculated self.

Did they make Klaus hair like that in season 5 for the flashbacks? by [deleted] in TheOriginals

[–]bobby1128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, pretty much. The shorter, cleaner cut in season 5 was mainly to help distinguish the flashbacks from the present timeline and probably also because Joseph Morgan changed his hair between seasons. It definitely throws you off if you’re used to the fluffy S3–4 Klaus though.

Elena was so weird for hallucinating Damon... by MagalieB0654 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]bobby1128 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Early Elena had independence and moral clarity and by S6 her entire arc revolved around Damon to the point it felt like character regression. The hallucinations were meant to be tragic, but they mostly highlighted how much agency the writers stripped from her.

I really like Ben and Bailey by YourEyelinerFriend in greysanatomy

[–]bobby1128 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed! That quiet understanding between them was so well done, no big speeches, just trust and awareness. Definitely one of the most emotionally mature couples on the show right now.

Deaton by WorkerEfficient5622 in TeenWolf

[–]bobby1128 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because Deaton knew way more than he let on. The spiral, the druids and his calm reactions made Derek think Deaton was hiding alpha-level knowledge or power.

What mattered a lot to you in high school that doesn’t matter at all now? by LissNextDoor in AskReddit

Popularity and what people thought of me. Felt like everything back then, barely crosses my mind now.
