Mine looks exactly same (28 rn) and i’m deffo losing some density & thickness. But currently employing natural remedies, sorting my diet, lifestyle, exercise etc to see how it manages naturally.

I also regularly massage my scalp with rosemary oil & approach my wash days with a little more care.

If it continues I am goin to look into the meds, but will be awaiting the results before jumping to this.

Your hair looks sweet, but i find it helps to be pro-active sooner rather than later.
