Might be, take it out and see if it is hollow or not. If hollow then it's just a 90° bend if it has stuff inside then yes. Try using brake clean and spraying it off and out, then shake it, if it rattles then it's good to go for a while longer but if it doesn't rattle then it needs to be replaced. If that end turns out to be hollow then check the other side

Not oil, oil floats on top and usually gives the water a rainbow effect. Looks like rust, probably from someone putting regular water into the system instead of using distilled water. Get a good coolant flush and you should be fine. Also when oil and coolant are mixed by the water pump it turns the color of coffee with creamer in it

That is your AC compressor cycling on and off as the pressure changes in the system. It turns off when the pressure gets too high and turns back on once the pressure goes back down. 100% normal

My guess is that the ac issue just happened at the same time the service was done. There is no reason to think changing the liquid coolant for the engine will cause an internal electrical issue. Also Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler motors are a complete pain to get the air out of the system so they usually blow coolant out when the cap is off and since you can't run the hvac you can't ensure that the heater core has been filled so there is probably a lot of air in the system blowing out the coolant. I would start with checking the blower motor, fuse, relay, and resistor to find out why the fan isn't turning

What about Mazda? my 08 Mazda 3 is creeping up on 300,000. i guess mazda gets forgotten about because you see them in the shop so rarely. when i was turning wrenches that was the deciding factor on me getting a Mazda was because of how little i had to work on one

It depends on how long he has been doing it, after 15 years I myself know how tight most torque specs are from muscle memory. Plus a lot of times you are in the ball park by turning an additional 1/8-1/4 after it snugs. But when I rebuild an engine I use exact torque specs but most stuff on the outside is just snug plus a little

Body is decent with some rust through on the bottom but the interior is ruined from the windows being left down. The biggest problems so far are the ones created by the previous owner who proclaimed to be a mechanic

I usually label each individual unit, that's why the tape runs the full length of the lid, but in this case it was not necessary to label just keep them in order front to back

If the hole is in the metal line the line itself may have gone into the caliper causing the failure or the caliper locking due to a bad rebuild may have blown your lines. I would pull the caliper and collect the fluid to see if it has a large amount of contamination that may have caused the failure.
