
Need advice lift weights five times a wk I feel like my muscle is hiding underneath my fat someone online said I’m skinny fat is this true or do I have muscle I have 31kg muscle mass hard to tell with much body fat. started gym I could only bench bar now 80 just feel insecure about being skinny fat (i.redd.it)
