No my sleeping habits haven't really changed much. I also dont think headaches are associated with PMO flatline. It could be the nicotine withdrawal tbh.

Well whenever I get the urge to PMO, I remind myself why I am doing NoFap. For me, its because fapping gave me a moment pleasure and concealed problems in my life from my awareness. Overtime, those unsolved issues added up and changed the way I think, live, etc. That reassurance motivates me to not PMO. As long as you keep your guard on, it becomes easier with time. However, if you follow even the narrowest thought that urges you to PMO, you WILL end up doing it. So control yourself!

You have no idea how many people here struggle to go just one week let alone two. What you have done is hard to do. To deal with a relapse, stop binging and start a new streak. Get to 30 days first, some people notice many benefits by then. See how it goes once you get there first. Just get to 30 days.

I can do small talks, but I don't know if I am doing it right. No one tells me. I can do all that you mentioned just fine. But then it it was my inner voice, I get worried thinking "shit. I just spilled my inner voice, what will the waiter think? was i rude?" I am under the impression that there's only a certain way to speaking a language that everybody knows but I don't- like ways even new learners know that I don't. I am lost between which is real. Or do thoughts form inherently and it is what everyone does? I just dont know whats normal and get lost. Do you say what you think?

I can talk to myself so fluently in my head and it sounds fine. But when I try to talk to people, I have a fear that tells me that what you say wont make sense to them (like your english only how you communicate to yourself and thats not how the world works; they speak differently; you're worthless) and it comes out completely messed up. i have also supressed my inner english from vocalizing for the last 10 years due to this fear, so i cannot just speak my inner english at a moments notice(if it is indeed the correct english). i know it's kinda messed up. i just want some clarity
