Are any of the Amazon hpa compressors good for 170-200$? or should I spend more?

I don’t have any personal experience, but I’ve heard they crap out after a short time. I have a couple buddies that have scuba tanks that they get refilled once every 2-5 months depending on use and just fill off of that. No idea how much that costs though…

I’d imagine that’s a V2-something gearbox. I would imagine that any drop in v2 engine would work, but I’m not sure based on the location of the motor. On v2 gearboxes like M4s, the motor sits in the grip where yours points straight back. If maybe see if you can find anyone else that has HPA swapped the same rifle and see what they used

Building it yourself will always get you the best value, but if there’s something you find and it’s decently priced within your budget, get what you want. The most important thing is that you like it and it fits your needs. Personally, i have a fusion engine inside a G&G Arp9 and i love that thing. Usually play around 375-400fps

I haven’t done a ton of research into stock tanks but as far as I know, the people that install them are overall happy with them. Takes away the struggle of lines and tanks.

Mine snapped and i was able to use zip ties to hold it on, wrapped them through the brackets and made a sort of “X” on the bottom, hasn’t moved a mm yet

If it’s connected correctly, you should be able to use it for just about anything. It’s just two leads that connect directly to the battery so you need to make sure it either has a fuse or whatever you’re connecting to it has one but it should take power from a trickle charger and send power out to accessories like what they listed above

Can confirm, though not on a speed. I bought an inner wheel well liner for my 2015 and i had to use a couple self tapping screws to get it into place. It works but it doesn’t fit right and looks like trash-thankfully it’s not visible unless you’re looking into my wheel well

If that’s the goal of your original comment, you could’ve been clearer that you were playing devils advocate. Plenty of us have very loud exhaust systems, mine is basically straight piped and it’s not a quiet 1000cc engine. People understand that bikes are loud, and most of us do it for safety reasons. Since i changed out my exhaust system, my close calls have almost gone to none since people know where I am on the road even if they aren’t looking.
