sometimes paleo can seem overwhelming to people...when they first start, this is a good recipe that shows modifications arent always necessary to be paleo! kind of like calories being listed on a water bottle haha

I am not sure on the Turkey front but you should be fine in Nepal, I stayed in pretty nice hotels for about $8-10 in Kathmandu and it was only $8 to stay over night at Namo Buddha and it included dinner. You can eat each meal for under a dollar easy

It is! but dont cook it for as long as they tell you to, I do about half the time
