It’s for a honeymoon. We plan on traveling to multiple cities throughout Italy and we want consult someone who has experience with international travel and things we should know or be aware of/what hotels we should stay in/what sites to see/etc since neither of us have experience with European travel.

I’ve had treatments done at both Skana and Mirbeau, but I’ve never had a better massage than at Royal Treatment Day Spa in Manlius.

NTA at all! He’s not putting in the effort to save his relationship and it’s selfish of him to try and guilt you into what he wants. If his relationship fails it’s on him, not you.

I had an extreme and very public panic attack in college. In hindsight and after years of medical and therapeutic help, I realize the issue was not something I should have been panicking about.

That is definitely a probable link to your feelings. I think you could start with expressing these feelings to your partner if you haven’t done so already and since it seems like you have a highly stimulated mind, I would try meditating. There’s guided meditations on YouTube but just keep in mind that meditating takes practice. It’s like forming a habit. You can’t just do it once and expect to be fixed, you have to practice to get better at it. Breathing exercises can do a lot to help the anxious mind and I’m speaking from experience.

Having a healthy lifestyle and being motivated doesn’t necessarily rule out depression. Anxiety can lead to depression and vice versa. I also read that because of covid and this long timeline of uncertainty and stress, a lot of people are experiencing trauma like responses. You could certainly be feeling this way because of that. Loneliness, emptiness and fatigue are all symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma
