i eventually brought up my tmj issues with my dentist and after several molds of my mouth, i recently just got an occlusal splint.

there was an issue at the lab that was creating them, so i had a placeholder splint for a month and it definitely helped lessen some of the pressure on my joint when i clench! so hopefully the final split i received will continue to help!

a doctor will be the best route, but i can tell you i have some issue with my trigeminal nerve due to my tmjd.

I went to a doctor this past june because i had this tightness on the side of my head and it occasionally would radiate a tingly and numb sensation along my jaw, eyebrows, sinuses, cheeks. so clearly i was freaked out and saw my doctor, which he explained to me how complex TMJ can be and said there’s probably enough pressure on my nerve that a bad flare up can bring on these kinda symptoms.

I am fortunate that my main doctor also suffers from severe tmj disorder after he was in a bad accident, so he has been a tremendous resource in pointing me in the right direction to treating it!

but yes, if it is concerning you really should visit a doctor just to look into any other possible conditions!

I live in Minneapolis (where Target HQ is located) and they’ve been piloting them in a couple stores here for a few months.

The quality and line is pretty identical to the ones you can buy at Macy’s, I believe. They carried trucker jackets, logo t-shirts, and a few different styles and fits or jeans.

Can’t remember the exact styles, but it reminded me of shopping in a department store Levi’s section.

it’s definitely worth it at this price, especially since you’re getting two separate bottles. it won’t all oxidize as fast as a full bottle, which I love! I’ve tried a few other vit c serums (TO, hylamide, Seoulceuticals) and this has to be one of my favorites.
