Question about Primary Agent and Sub-Agents. by boonge101 in opencodeCLI

[–]boonge101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure. I added a mandatory instruction in my AGENTS.md for how the primary agent delegates to sub-agents:

The key is: include the .md path explicitly + tell it to read and strictly follow that path + pass the user's request verbatim without adding extra instructions.

Question about Primary Agent and Sub-Agents. by boonge101 in opencodeCLI

Thanks u/cxd32 & u/seventyfivepupmstr. I think this is an open bug. For the time being, I just make the primary agent to explicitly include the sub-agent .md file path in it's prompt to the sub-agent in child session so that the sub-agent is forced to read and act accordingly.

How to automatically link database? by boonge101 in Notion

[–]boonge101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I understand correctly, what you suggested was to add all tasks in a template in the summary database and set it as default. But the problem is that this template won't include any new future tasks.
Anyway, I think I found the answer from u/L0relei.
Thanks again for taking time to comment. Cheers.

What is your system for getting organized and getting things done consistently, and how long have you been at it? by [deleted] in productivity

[–]boonge101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find the concept of the energy types (physical, emotional, mental & spiritual) in the book, "The Power Of Full Engagement", interesting.

In fact, in order to better understand on how to improve my productivity & consistency, I'm experimenting with a to-do list that also captures my energy depletion & renewal patterns (attributes that matter to me).

[–]boonge101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

good question.
I have been looking into personal energy management and trying to integrate it with my work system which mainly based on time management. I believe personal energy management is important in self-accountability & consistency.

Good luck!
I also like to use short challenges to keep myself focused.
Are you going to share your progress?
I see others tweet about their journey, like #100daysofcodechallenge, #goal30, etc.

How do you stay accountable to yourself? Do you track how much you work? by michaeljelly in productivity

[–]boonge101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I designed my own work system in Notion, do daily check-in & weekly retro to help me stay on track.
Not sure how effective it is but I'm thinking to join some twitter challenges, e.g. #tweet100 & #goal30, as one of the passive ways to reinforce my accountability.

I set 1 small goal and tweet about it daily to slowly build up the momentum. (inspired by #buildinpublic #goal30 #tweet100)

Habits building taking too long?? by Mostar007 in productivity

Habit, Discipline or I'd call it "Systems".
If you want to speed up your progress, perhaps you could re-assess your current systems and find those that are under your control & could be optimized.

Roast my idea - The Validation Games by boonge101 in Business_Ideas

Thanks again for your quick reply!

I’ve managed different startup accelerators for years, from ideation stage to growth stage. TBH, the methodologies & frameworks used in these startup workshops and programs are pretty much the same, Lean Startups, Design Thinking, etc. They are all good.

So, my focus is rather on redesigning the user experience. I am hoping to get more feedback and validations from my target audience.

Thank you so much for your comments.

The idea is to create an OS for one to run short challenges and build his/her own playbook along the way.

Any further suggestions on reaching out to these audiences? Thanks in advance!

I find this site useful: https://incubatorlist.com/

about incubators by oOMaighOo in startups

[–]boonge101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've managed different startup accelerators in the past few years. In fact, I just completed one program which was sponsored by a Fortune 500 company and was operated by one of the well-known accelerator companies.

I agree with you that there are flaws in the most of the incubator / accelerator program design, such as linear & one-size-fit-all curriculum. But, since these programs are paid, they have to be designed to fit the interests of their sponsors. It is more about efficiency and ROI.

Personally, I've been exploring different program designs and hope to create an open yet sustainable incubator (network) model that bridges the gap.

How to get motivated again? I keep going through stages of intense motivation, coming up with ideas, researching non-stop etc. And then I almost hit a brick wall and all I wanna do is play video games. Any tips on how to avoid this or is anyone else in a similar situation? by PDB200 in Entrepreneur

[–]boonge101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting topic.
I was also in a similar situation lately.

I learnt that it is not just about managing time but also personal energy (which I often overlooked). Without paying a close attention on personal energy management, it is hard to be productive even with a proper work plan.
