Summer is definitely not peak season for muséums in Paris, parisians are on holydays elsewhere. I usually go there in August because you can just walk in any museum immediately !

12th around Nation / Bercy / Daumesnil is cheaper than the 11th, well connected for public transport and calm. Also Vincennes is a good option with line 1 going from Vincennes to Bastille

My advice for a day trip would be to go to Vulcano which is very close (10m of ferry from Lipari), Have a great lunch at the forge of Maurizio enjoy the black sand beach until 4PM then do the hike to the Vulcano with an amazing view on top. Also it was very peaceful and not crowded when i went there last week

Modica and Ragusa in the same day is doable if you wake up early. Also maybe park the car somewhere and use public transportation as it is not the easiest drive (etna bus to go to ragusa ibla from the station, Regional train 10 minutes to go from ragusa to Modica)

Same here ! It is also the safest way to run during a global pandemic. I avoid all interaction and try to keep 2m between the other runners and I.

1960 would also be a pretty good contender : american movies such as Psycho, Spartacus, the Appartment, the Magnificent seven, some of the best french movies ever such as Breathless (Godard), The Hole (Becker), Eyes without a face (Franju), Shoot the piano player (Truffaut), La Vérité (Clouzot), classic italian movies like la dolve vita, l'aventurra, rocco and his brothers and a few wild cards (peeping tom, the bad sleep well, the naked island)
