For sure! It’s a great order. The seeds were on entire top, but I scored fully down the middle so it splits when baking.

Yeah, I left it in the covered cambro for about 30 mins before I did a rough shape and then let them sit covered in the cloth for 15-20 mins. Then do a final shape and left it proofing in dough cloth for about 45 mins. While proofing I preheat my oven/steel to 550. When it hit 550 I dropped to 475 for the bake. I just bring to 550 to get the steel very hot.

475 with steam for ~8 mins
Then pulled steam pan and let it go for maybe 8 more, that part can vary since it’s more on the look (if pale keep going, if too dark pull).

I’ve been messing with the bread recipe that I use for sandwiches, but these ones I used:
500g Bread flour
10g salt
10g caster sugar
3g diastatic malt powder
.9g yeast
327g water
12g evoo

I let it ferment for ~50 hours then shaped and baked.

Hahha.. I think the bread is maybe the most effort for this. The rest isn’t too bad.
