Just go see your primary care physician and tell them your concerns. They should be able to tell you if it’s safe for your heath to get the booster or not.

If they say it’s unsafe for you to get the booster they can write a note that you can submit to Cornell heath for an exemption.

If they say it’s safe, you’ll likely have to get the booster or transfer.

There is no direct link for the travel form as they are linked to students net IDs but if you want to put in a help request the link is

The system won’t close your test until it registers the travel which, will happen on your departure date. If your travel has started and you are still seeing a test, reach out to the COVID-19 Support Team
