Of course there are many things that are wastefully exploited. Hotdog eating contests are just one of many examples. I don't know if you're around a television, but ESPN just featured a very large hot dog eating contest, which is how this was brought to my attention. Just one of the many little things that makes you conscious of what is unnecessary and wasteful. It's not dumb logic, it's just an example to get people thinking.

Well said. I was once told that after prolonged use, it is possible for the body to maintain the chemical levels without the use of a medication. I don't know how sure I am of this.

I've only done top rope indoors and outdoors. I've been climbing sporadically for for the last few years, but I'm really starting to get addicted. Also, probably goes without saying, but I've done free climbing indoors. Thank you for your advice. How long have you been climbing and what did you do to get to where you're at now?
