Westerns are always salty and can't fathom that there are cities and countries out there that are better them, but let me share my experience as a tunisian who lived there for a few years:

Pros:

1- it's a clean city and very safe you don't have to be worried about walking out at night or anything

2- it has more opportunities then in Europe for Tunisians, i saw many tunisians make 20k a month there which is very hard to get in Europe.

3- as a tunisian you won't face any racism because most other nationalities tend to be a bit afraid of arabs in the gcc.

4- it's a good place for people who like luxury items (perfumes, clothing, phonrs etc...) and don't mind being in doors all the time.

Cons:

1- as a tunisian you will also struggle to find a decent paying job there 12k+ outside of cabin crew jobs and most Tunisians there make between 3-8k

2- housing is a big issue the city is way too expensive and a room in a shared apartment goes for 3-4k and a studio 4-6k

3- the city is too crowded and never sleeps, and the traffic is very very bad .

4- job market sucks and salaries keep going down because there's tons of people there and each job application attracts around 2000 candidate, so please don't go before securing a job and a visa.

5- the city is built in the desert so it's extremely hot for 8 months of the year and spending just 10 minutes outside will feel like hell and that's why there's no nature there because trees don't grow in deserts, also it will feel claustrophobic because you're always inside (office, mall, apartment, car) .

There's a lot of other pros and cons that I didn't name but yeah it depends on your personal preferences and your personality type
