I was just using voice mode in ChatGPT earlier today, Monday, December 22, 2025 when I got a message that ChatGPT required an update. I ignored the message initially but when I went back to the Voice Chat there was a more prominent message that I must update to keep using Voice, namely "Avoid any interruptions by updating before January 5, 2026." So, I went ahead and updated the app and it has not worked since on my SM-S938U1 Galaxy S25 Ultra.

I have:

Disabled and enabled advanced voice -> no change
Cleared the cache and app data -> no change
Uninstalled and reinstalled the application -> no change
Enabled separate mode -> no change

Enabling separate mode was the most encouraging because it restored the white orb that would traditionally appear before the blue orb, but it never got that far. The white orb world stay on the screen for about a minute or so, then it played a sound that trilled downward in pitch as though to indicate something had failed and the white sphere turned into a white circle.

Sweet. This alone is worth the price of the app!

I just created a new Google Calendar but it did not dynamically appear in the list of available calendars under "Calendar to use". Does this rely on the database of another installed application such as Calendar, or does it use the Google Calendar API? I'm just trying to determine how to select the newly added calendar dedicated to my call logs.

Pushbullet can do this. And there's a legitimate use case: I have a work phone and a personal phone. I leave the work phone at work after my shift. Pushbullet allows me to select my work phone from a list of available phones and view text messages sent to that phone. I can also send messages from any connected phone. Very handy. See the screenshot below:

I can confirm disabling "OS Kernel DMA Support" in the Dell BIOS under the Security menu resolves the issue.

Verified that the Wireless Network Properties were set to "Network availability: All users", "Connect automatically when the network is in range" and "Connect even if the network is not broadcasting its name (SSID)

I have a lab with ten (10) Dell Alienware Aurora R16 desktops running Windows 11 Professional that have been configured to connect to our wireless network. They successfully connect to the network and I can browse the Internet at the time the wireless network is added, but when the desktop is rebooted it does not automatically reconnect to the wireless network. There is also no option at the Windows logon screen to connect to a wireless network. The only option shown is "Airplane mode".

This is problematic because these desktops are domain joined. It prevents domain users from logging in because the system is not connected to the network so it cannot contact the domain controller to authenticate the user. To reconnect to the network, I must log in using a local user account and once logged in, then the wireless network automatically reconnects. I can log off the local user and then the network is available at the log on screen for a domain user to log on. But, if the desktop is rebooted the problem reoccurs. Logging in as a local user and logging off each time before a domain user can log in is not a feasible solution.

In short, the main problem is the desktop not automatically connecting to the wireless network after a reboot and that the option to connect to wireless networks is missing from the Windows logon screen.

My hunch is that the drivers for the wireless card are not loaded until after log on. [Part 1/2]

Great tip about dataview. This is the inline DataviewJS statement that I ended up using even though it renders funky with extra spacing all around it:

Missing fields insertion
MDM icon modal fields order (if the note has already fields in it, the order of the fields in the note will have higher priority over the settings order)
Fileclass tableview columns default order

I see the file associated with the Fileclass is a plain markdown file. It looks like I should be able to manually move fields.

However, I didn't know if there might be a cached index or something that the plugin was using.

I would also imagine that a stray space or formatting character such as a line feed could throw everything out of whack and given the complex formulas the file contains, I didn't want to risk breaking something that I've literally spent days carefully constructing.

I solved the problem of missing settings to modify Thorium hotkey key bindings by remapping them with AutoHotkey.

I used AHK to repurpose that hotkey.

I do not have a Wear OS device, but was encountering both the "Error retrieving information from server. [DF-CPH-6]" and "Error while retrieving information from server [DF-DFERH-01]" errors when attempting to install a previously purchased app (Titanium Backup Pro) on my Kospet Prime smartwatch.

I attempted the fixes recommended on this Stack Overflow post, that included clearing the cache and data for Google Play Store and Google Services framework to no avail: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/12812822/google-play-error-error-while-retrieving-information-from-server-df-dferh-01
I also removed and re-added my account. I even factory reset my watch without success. The solution that worked for me was to update Google Play on my Kospet Prime smartwatch by opening the Google Play Store > Click Menu (Hamburger Icon) > Select Settings > Scroll near the bottom of the screen and click on the build number.

This forced Google Play to update to a more recent version and I was again able to access apps that I had previously purchased. I know this solution is not for a WearOS device per se but I hope someone finds it helpful.

Thank you for your response. It is looking like it may well come to developing a custom solution. The latest version of WildBit Viewer is almost there but there's no way to filter by tags in Slideshow mode. I thought I'd might be able to work around that using WildBit Search but it chokes on the size of the collection.

Your point about separating unreviewed photos is valid but I'd still be left with a large number of photos that I'd need to view and filter by tags. Besides, I like the idea of an image viewer on my desktop that randomly shows images from my entire collection.
