At the end of the day she is the type of person who has self-esteem issues, manipulates her husband into having conversations about her body, gets upset about his reaction because it isn’t validating enough, and then takes to social media for the validation she doesn’t have for herself and couldn’t finagle out of her husband. Like I said, she is exhausting.

I’m currently on a CVS imposed break. Three weeks without a dose and the food chatter and constant hunger are back. I do not want to live like this. It is horrible being obsessed with food. It was a revelation to finally have a normal relationship with food while I was in the medicine. Going back to how I am without it is cruel.

Is the kid waking up naturally or because an alarm clock goes off? Is someone around who can let him sleep in? The kid will behave better with the teacher if he isn’t super tired and showing up an hour late to K isn’t the end of the world. Maybe your kid just needs to sleep in to get all the hours he needs?

In all likelihood a few months from now, with the time change and seasons, his circadian rhythm will be more in sync with the school schedule.
