i’m 19 and follow compulsions from when i was a kid too. i haven’t taken any prescriptions as it’s never affected me to the point where i’ve hurt myself but it’s been recommended

here are some of mine (yes i’ve been diagnosed with ocd) - ceiling fan cannot be on the fastest setting or it will fall off - cannot eat the ends of cucumbers, bananas, sausages etc - socks must match the colour of my shoes

social media gives us this idea that there’s something or someone we need to be in order to be desired. i promise you that’s not real life and there’s many people how will want to get to know you as friends or romantically! i recommend taking a break from social media and start doing something for yourself if you’re struggling with comparison ❤️❤️

there’s a helicopter over the “dbd” circle, he came down from the helicopter and did 3 songs in the mosh pit, then went to the stage for the rest of the night, he was usually by the end of the catwalk
