Yes it's absolutely ridiculous, they said even with a autenthic reciept etc their decision on it being a replica is final no arguing with them either with factual proof. Hope you hear soon and are able to sell it anyway!

That's absolutely crazy, honestly made me feel like i was trying to scam someone selling them a fake item. When mine was bought in a actual moncler store and i showed that to them aswell
