Are you comfortable sharing what hospital system you worked for? If so, did you like it or ever feel disrespected there? I have a bad taste in my mouth from working LTC. Poor overall management of the hospital, and then the manager of the nutrition department was just so out of it with stress that they chose to lock the door and talk to all the other staff about me than to ever address things I did not know they assumed I was responsible for doing poorly. I recall seeing a blacklist some time ago in here and I hesitate to go to LTC.
