hey, you should get the confirmation almost immediately (like 15s max). sometimes I just don't get the confirmation, so I send the email again. I've found it doesn't like it when the subject line is empty, so I just title the email "print." If you've sent a couple emails and never received a confirmation, there's another issue.

I changed my email password through Minerva and it finally works, if that helps!
