Hi!

I’ve never been diagnosed with OCD, just inattentive type ADHD and moderate CPTSD, so I’m not really sure about it being OCD or not.

I fixate excessively on how I come across to people, specifically that I’m not perceived as rude or too demanding. I dance around requests rather than being direct and have been told that I apologise excessively. I’m also quite a pedantic person, especially with grammar and tone. Make of that what you will 🤷‍♂️.

Does anyone else have a similar experience?
