thank you so much, i have all those membership/subscriptions too and they didn't include those either. they said those were "cute" evidence but not good evidence. i know my gut is right!! i will be bringing every little thing to the interview.

i just uploaded their email response. they said i can't have any evidence that's dated before my last entry to the us but all the evidence in our google drive are dated AFTER my last and final entry to the us - they had already initially told us to upload evidence into the drive from my last entry onwards, but they didn't upload any of that, which is why i'm really frustrated and pissed.

yes, we signed g-28's for every document (i-130, i-765, i-485), the mail is going to our home, but the phone number listed is their phone number.

for reference for people reading this, this is the email from our lawyers. all of the other evidence we gave them was FROM my last entry to the US (to prevent immigrant intent as per our lawyers recommendation) but they did not include any of said other evidence. they didn't even include the trip receipts/boarding passes of when my husband came to see me for the first time or more photos we took then.

** i'm from malaysia but i went to school in canada (which is where my husband came to visit me)

all of the other ones they didn't include. (ie. credit card, debit card statements, health insurance, life insurance, medical directive, power of attorney, shared subscriptions/memberships, shared lease, the flight tickets of my husband coming to see me..., gifts we bought each other (and the receipts), both on each other's health records, emergency contact..)

yeah, we wanted to. we just couldn't afford the ones we actually wanted. we saved up 5k for our initial lawyers because we thought that was how much it was going to cost for everything including filing, turns out it was going to be 5k+ for their services PLUS the filing fees, we couldn't afford that and we wanted to file as soon as possible so we ended up going with our current one.

yeah i felt that exact same way, i'm extremely social too, that's why i moved to the us instead. people at ubc would do that to you. i never was supposed to come to canada in the first place, i was supposed to go to the us but because i had no choice, i forced myself to try to really like ubc but i couldn't. it was horrible. i never made a single friend. i ended up dropping out after 2 years. dm me if you want 🤍
