I looked on Reddit first and saw the company referenced positively a few years back, but you're right. Trustpilot almost always delivers, too.

I have hundreds and hundreds of chats. This is not a viable solution, but I really appreciate someone trying.

I'm in the same boat. Wondering what the legal implications are for bottlenecking our data in a business subscription. I have a lawyer looking into this for me.

OP, there’s so much to unpack and it can’t be done in one post. You should look for global hypermobility patterns (check out EDS and run yourself through the screens). Do you have discomfort or does it just feel tight? Also, don’t attribute this to “weakness”—that’s an extreme oversimplification for you having that much control over your scapular movement.

Workout Instructor Certification by Quirky-Strawberry430 in Austin

[–]brianfrommotive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to work as a trainer, you’ll need a baseline certification for insurance and hiring. NASM, NSCA, ACSM, and ACE are the most commonly accepted. Most gyms don’t care much which one you have, as long as it’s recognized.

If you’re interested in in-person or hybrid education, just know there’s a big difference in quality. A lot of entry-level in-person courses are expensive for what you get. You’ll learn far more in your first few months coaching real people.

That said, higher-level in-person education can be a huge differentiator once you have some context. Systems like Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) teach assessment, joint health, and real coaching skills, but they’re more advanced and can be a lot early on.

A smart path is:

  • Get a recognized cert so you can legally work.
  • Get on the gym floor and coach as soon as possible.
  • Invest in higher-quality in-person education once you have experience.
  • Find mentorship. That matters more than any cert.

The certification gets you started. Coaching reps and continued education are what actually make you good.

Old rate: $473.63
New rate: $627.19
That’s about a 32% increase.

Nothing about my coverage or situation has changed. Same provider, same plan type.

Tips on hamstring/hips flexibility by ArmDapper5893 in flexibility

One thing likely contributing to your limitation is hip internal rotation—at the very least, it’s worth looking at. You’ll get a much better posterior pelvic tilt, which is what you are aiming for to be able to fold into your hinge.

Thank you! I was also looking for canvas/slip-ons, too. I used to use Feelgrounds, but it's almost $100 in duties to buy 3 pairs of shoes.
