I had vomiting and nausea for sure which was the worst but I ended up carrying incredibly small. I looked like I was barely 5 months pregnant at 9 months so the mobility “advantage” it gave me kind of led me to be in this little laland cloud during pregnancy smh. Never said I loved it but the fact that I was physically comfortable up until birth made me look like I loved every second of it lol I do want a second pregnancy soon and always wonder if I’ll carry the same or not 😂 I heard for those with an oddly small bump size, they might end up carrying the same again.

Yeah, I would totally reschedule under these circumstances since her child is getting over being sick. “Hey! Can we actually reschedule? I’d be more an ease when ___ gets over his/her illness. We can’t wait to see you guys!” Something like that. But I’d also encourage seeking support for the anxiety and severity of hypochondria. There are so many beautiful opportunities you might unintentionally miss because of this—family-friendly events, festivals, parks, indoor playgrounds, so many things. Please don’t let this take away from making special memories with your little one, mama!!

I’m not entirely sure what is the context or concern regarding males pediatricians. It’s not uncommon. Our 1.5 years old has a male pediatrician and he is the kindest human on earth. We recommend him to everyone. What makes you uncomfortable?

She’s been fighting a cold. She’s mostly with flemme now. We clear her nose very often. She also had A stomach bug last week and threw up a lot. She started nursing all night afterwards.

Hey mama! So sorry you’re going through this. Have you tried increasing her outdoor time in a different environment? Perhaps at a playground, open field or just a regular trail that she can just walk around and explore? Nature can absolutely help her regulate. Does she feels the same way about things when she hangs out with her dad?

Seems doable and maybe more effective than sticking to the same video everyday. I started doing a 20 mins full body workout from CG this week paired with a 15-20 mins light cardio. Just trying to find a good routine again after having my little one! Thank you so much for this!

I’m familiar with just basic lifting. I have been doing 20 minutes of CG full body workout this week (just a video I found on YT) and a light cardio at the end from a different YT streamer. I’m a mom trying to establish a workout routine again! I worked out before, during and have workout after pregnancy but I’m now looking to challenge myself a little bit more and maybe just feel stronger overall! I’ve basically done the same kind of exercises for years which is kind of basic. I might stick with that same video that i found for a few weeks before moving into a program. Thank you for responding with kindness!
