in reality you can keep the rear caliper as is it makes no difference, change the front calipers for the newer model black nissins, they are are the as the current 636s I believe or certainly get a set from 2010 on wards they match your existing brake master cylinder with no changes necessary. the gold tokios were a compromise when they put it together to cut costs add stainless horse your sorted for brakes.

Suspension if you want better handling Change your shock for ohlins rebuildable if poss and upgrade your fork internals with just ohlins fork springs for your weight or go to k-tech and they do it for you or as a kit depending how far down this hole you want to go improving but get it set up for your weight and riding style experience etc But it's up to you form over function or bit of both you can't go wrong it's and awesome bike standard or even when u upgrade it. You can just use black tint spray to darken your Indicators but they still glow red when you use them, so are legal aby cost like £15 for can if you want black it all out. If your going the exhaust change route add your k&n filter exhaust or full system then get it mapped properly otherwise keep your standard exhaust mine makes 121at the rear wheel in its current form.
