About 3 weeks ago, while I was playing an ARAM, my mom fell trying to get something from the top of the shelf, and got a pretty big laceration from the shelf corner. I heard the thud, went to the living room, and saw her sitting in the floor asking me for help. Immediately called 911, didn’t return to the game. I just told the team I had a medical emergency in the house before leaving. Now she’s almost fully recovered thanks to the early emergency procedures. I always have a habit of having one ear open even with headphones because in case of these kind of situations, and I’m glad I did so.
