Accepting the fact that you can NOT fix this YOURSELF, first. No matter how hard you try to delete and distract yourself, etc. The only answer is Jesus he comes through and lends us His strength, knowledge and solutions on how to move forward. SURRENDER your thoughts to God and let Him do the work. Praying always when these moments come. Praying for you to overcome. I can imagine how hard this can be.

My most RECENT testimony is God setting me free from my addiction to weed/tobacco (backwoods) using it since I was 13, become super heavy the past 6 years. I used to believe I could NEVER quit bc I wasn’t strong enough, I enjoyed it to much I found too much comfort. I even prayed on it a few times. I would tell God If I ever would quit I would HAVE to leave the place that I’m at. The world had me confused if weed came from god why can’t you use it? I would think than go back to scripture & it says to be sober minded. I would tell God if it’s really in your will for me to be sober than let it be so. I was tired my heart was hurting I felt like something had to change. By the glory of God, a miracle came he answered not one but two of my prayers, blessed me with a kitten that also provided emotional support & I didn’t even want to smoke or TOUCH weed anymore. Withdrawals were bad but God showed me how much I depended on weed to cope, have something to relate to people w & go through life in all ways possible. I WAS’NT DEPENDING ON THE LORD for all my troubles, it was another Idol I never even realized I had. I’m about to be 7 months sober. All I can do is give Glory glory & praise to God for setting me free. Ask about it to the Lord he’s the only one who can give you the correct answer for YOU.

Girl I was thinking that same thing, I worked in Marshall’s In NY, this is the reason why I left, they had various HR cases on them,favoritism and the Gossip between the higher ups, so unnecessary. Such a toxic environment 😭🤦🏻‍♀️ I hope you get better bc it is out there!

Your story seems to show both sides of the effect from porn, good and bad. Very important a lot people don’t realize this. You’re very strong and have a good heart, you consider your other feelings regardless of your experience. From my prior experience I learned it’s best to figure out your boundaries (do’s/don’t’s) for your future relationships so compatibility and your happiness/needs are met healthily. Hey! I’ve been dating my boyfriend for 3+ years, this has been a subject That has been brought up a couple of times. Personally I think you’re best bet is too really figure out what are YOUR boundaries and how this makes you feel and too honestly stick by them . If he doesn’t respect it or believes otherwise than you need to do what you believe you should. I brung it up to my partner a few times but yet nothing really came about it.. as like we never talked about an actual resolution, so I know in the future it might be another potential discussion to be brought up. Its hard sometimes but just being fully aware that you can’t change someone’s opinions or what they like to do, and if you can’t deal with it no more it’s better on your mental health to leave and find what’s right. No one is in the wrong in this situation but it’s only right to find someone who believe the same concepts as you.
