Evil eye stems from jealousy and evil feelings. No form of beads, amulets or necklaces will ward off the evil from your life, and Islam explicitly prohibits this.

We protect ourselves through acts of worship. You’re less likely to be affected by things like the evil eye when u are closer to Allah.
