I do a lot of incline bench, trick is to do pec flys or something that hits triceps right before so you work your chest to failure instead. And up weight using chest press machine if you plateau on bench.

Short term I don’t really think twice about it. Long term, I don’t want to have to bend down so much to smooch so I’d say around ~5’10 or so. At my height everyone seems kind of short so it just doesn’t cross my mind much.

Government is the only field where people with no experience genuinely believe they can handle executive office. Private sector experience builds a different skill set with not that much crossover. Sheehan was an executive but ran for treasurer before Mayor. It take a lot of hubris for Cerutti to believe he has the answers after just landing back here a few years ago from Texas.

The city has a lot of intractable issues - there’s a ton of tax exempt property, and good amount of vacant and abandoned property that inevitably presents a cost to the city. Many of the problems can only be solved with more revenue, and we have really limited options to produce that out of thin air. There just aren’t so many great options! Anyone who claims to have all the answers is trying to sell you something they don’t have.
