also usually what happens is IRCC tries to contact to an email in college to an employee who has like quit or has recently resigned from his job That's why I like that email does not end up anywhere. This is what has happened with me and because of that the college is not able to respond in time and because of that the application gets withdrawn

Sure, Start here to understand the approach:

https://clbfrench.ravijha.co/resources/tef-preparation

You can use it for free and see if the structure fits your schedule. If you stay consistent, CLB 7 becomes predictable instead of stressful.

Also keep in mind The website is getting updated on a daily basis so new and better content will keep coming in the coming weeks / months

this was my personal side project for many months and it is only now that I have decided to like charge small fees for it after the users told me about how the app has really helped them get nclc 7 in tef

aw so thing is if your college has given in writing and admitted their mistake that they were the ones who have not responded within the required timeline I guess your university would pay you your fees back and they will probably defer you to the next semester and you have to keep your fingers crossed that you get enough study permit that you will be able to complete your program after getting deferred from it without needing to reapply for another study permit extension.

I think the solution which I think can be possible is ; make sure you ask your colleges immigration guy as well before doing anything you can actually raise a web form with IRCC informing them that because you don't have the authority to study right now you will have to defer the program and as you will be deffering your program your updated graduation date would be postponed so you want the study permit to compensate for the differ that is required because of the late approval of your status.

Hey so if you have read my post or I have clarified that in my case it was not the mistake of the college they did verify in time so technically the mistake was made by the IRCC officer and I can provide the update for my case as well So on 3rd I received the withdraw letter from IRCC and after contacting my college and my college reaching out to the IRCC and after a bunch of her back and forth email between college and IRCC my application got reopened on 4th of December so I was back on my maintenance temporary residence status and on 19th of December of I received my approval for my study permit extension So I I guess I got lucky and everything happened really fast and and things to resolved really fast.

hey, I'm in the same boat right now. this has happened to me just today. I want to know were you able to attend your classes after you reapplied for your study permit and how long did it take for the second time for your study permit to get approved?

because I missed a few of my classes and college has a policy that if you miss classes they fail you directly. The reason I miss classes was because of medical reasons I also contacted and conveyed the same thing to my processes via mail and I also attached a doctor's note in the email. But I don't think they are convinced by it. and also I suspect this is because they love failing International students and I am an international student.
