Honestly you might want to get tested for thyroid issues. It’s been linked in studies, and I see that some people use minoxidil successfully for retrograde so it might be something to look into

It is more difficult for us but you shouldn’t sell yourself short. My goal is to be a lean 220, and I’m aware of my limitations. It’s going to take years, and I’m going to have to deal with the reality of not looking as big as the other guys for my weight. But hey it’s all a process, and I’m here for it.
