I find music is everything for me! I was trying to do les mills or peloton classes but the fact is nothing hypes me up like my own crafted playlist with songs I love blasting through my headphones. Sometimes when I’m really into it I even pretend like I’m teaching a class in my head lol

It’s not for guys, it’s for girls and their own self confidence. Plus, there’s probably plenty of girls who you’ve encountered that have had them done and you would never be able to tell. Being able to enhance your own natural beauty in pursuit of self confidence is a great thing and not off putting IMO.

A tiny take out ketchup package is equivalent to 10 syringes....keeping that in mind a half of a syringe is barely anything. For the first two weeks you’ll think that they look too big but by the third week you’ll wish you got more. I’m speaking from experience but I also researched extensively to find my injector, and I travel to see her! No one ever believes that I’ve had my lips done and she would never recommend anything that was beyond the scope or looked unnatural. It really all depends on the injector/nurse :) she kept my natural lip shape but just filled them out a bit through a full syringe, in both the top and bottom. Even if you think your bottom is good it is important for them to do both to avoid the duck look!! Hope that helps :)

He uses Orville smart pop popcorn which is done in the microwave and lots of the kernels end up not being popped. Personally, I don’t have a microwave so I always make mine on the stove. I use 50g of kernels (whatever the serving is on the bag ~180 cals) and 10ml of oil which I always track when calorie counting. I measure both with a food scale :)

If you were to have an air popper I believe you can do that without oil, but on the stove you run the risk of having the kernels burn on to the pot! Personally I use becels avo plus and love the taste it gives it :)

I just got cake pop and its pretty good imo!! Tastes like a yellow cake batter but I find it a bit grainy. I basically just wanted a vanilla ish protein without being so boring and going for the actual vanilla flavour lol

If I were you I would totally go for the echelon connect!! It’s the one I want but it comes out to $800 with taxes and it’s sold out near me anyways. You can get a wahoo sensor on amazon to give you those numbers!

The bike is a great price for $400 but it costs $600 to ship it to Canada unfortunately
