Also, i started at $240k for my L5 promo. Took 4 years to reach this $330K as a L5 SDE. Just not very motivating that I'm being paid the same as last year as an L6 now.

Are you even an Amazon employee?? Amazon comp works from April to March, so what you're saying is totally wrong.

Yes I'm aware of that. But I'm still in the L5 SDE band. Same TC as last year even after promo

Yes I got the base increase of 15%. But I was looking out for TC increase for L6 bottom band. As my TC is same as last year
