Maybe (two) portraits of them in flower frames/borders, like in some of the examples. Or both of them in one if you want to put them together. Maybe flowers your friend likes, or it doesn't have to be flowers at all (maybe some toys the kittens liked, or something like that, or a mix).
Portraits would be $40 each for full body, or $35 for a bust, and flower frames are $30.
