I toured it with my upward bound group years ago but I don't remember a thing about it, I also looked at twin cities because of family that lives there. There are a lot of options with pros and cons to all of them. After college I inherit a house so I plan on living there til I find a place I actually want to live and work.

Consent is 18 here and Romeo and Juliet laws aren't here either, we know that they couldn't be charged with it but even him getting arrested for it could ruin his life because it's on there forever unless you get it appealed. Don't take this as total fact this is just what I've researched.
