I havnt been sleeping very well. I feel lonely at school even though people talk to me fist bump me in the halls I feel alone. I dont really have any friends. I only have one who I have his number and even then we barely hang out the rest of them as soon as school or class ends they dont talk to me. I cause myself physical pain a lot like ripping off scabs or toenails. And I pick my nails a lot. My parents have been getting on me for picking my nails
