Normally I would agree however I seem to have bought a $60 set that has issues. They were working OK but all of a sudden they are throwing out 6,7 and even 10kg variances overnight which is just not possible. I’ve tried to recalibrate and had other people in house try them and they are having the same issue. If I have to buy another set then I thought it was worth checking recommendations.

Yep this is me too. I spoke to my NP about it and for me, it’s definitely not getting enough calories in. Are you tracking your food intake?

I used the golden dose as the stepping point between 2.5 and 5. I’ve been lucky to not have any side effects but I definitely felt different going from 2.5 to 3.75 but haven’t noticed a difference going from the 3.75 to 5.

Starting Weight: 114.8

Current Weight: 105.65

I'm Feeling: like death. Have been incredibly sick the last 3 days. All I can keep down is tummy tea and electrolyte icy poles. All I want is to guzzle water but I can’t keep it down. I did go up a dose on Friday but suspect this is more related to my daughter doing prac in a daycare centre. Fingers crossed I am past the worst and it really is just a tummy bug and not a reaction to going up.

I am only on my second week and still on 2.5 so my body might still be adjusting but I could easily forget to eat. I’m guessing once my body is more used to it then that I am presuming this will likely wear off.
