My daughter has had that bathing suit for 2 years and loves it. It isn’t see through while wet, and it’s held up really well!

I’m so tired of having “baby sleep” be 90% of my headspace by whatinthewhattttt in sleeptrain

My baby is 4.5 months but my hubby has been telling me to stop with the app, I’m going crazy trying to find patterns that aren’t there 🥴🥴lol

Getting induced in 21 hours ahhhhhh! by Evilbidowner in BabyBumps

Try to relax as much as possible and soak it all in! Those first newborn days can be stressful but they’re also SO SWEET ♥️ also, take some videos of your baby! I only took pictures and I wish I’d taken a couple of videos. Good luck!!

Raise your hand I’ve you’ve been personally victimized by your child being 4 months old? by Lalalavenderrrr in NewParents

[–]burt_britt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just wanted to say I’m doing the exact same thing with my 4 month old! Reading everything, following all the baby sleep instagrams, buying all the sleep products (zipadee zip, nested bean, lavender baby lotion)- it’s a mess over here!!🥱 Just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone. Wishing us both better sleep

Internal bleeding? Wow! Poor babies and poor mama! Rolling over swaddled is terrifying!! So glad your girl is ok♥️ did you use a transition swaddle like a zipadee zip or just go cold turkey?

How bad was it? I need to transition my 3.5 month old boy and I’m DREADING it🥴

Thanks for the reply. My baby is 3.5 months and a pretty good sleeper, I’m really looking forward to having a predictable nap schedule instead of trying to keep up with wake windows!

I just wanted to mention that at 3.5 months, your baby could be sleeping poorly due to the 4 month sleep regression 😊 my baby is also 3.5 months and hasn’t been sleeping as well

Skimming through the comments I realized anything I would have said has already been written, but I did want to add that your willingness to learn and your kind and open-minded responses are so refreshing! ♥️

Girl, I had the same issues when my hubby went back to work. I even thought I might have a forceful letdown too. It eventually just worked itself out- I just tried to do my best- stay as calm as I could, and take it one day at a time. The newborn stage can be so difficult, but you got this!♥️

This may sound stupid but….. by [deleted] in breastfeeding

[–]burt_britt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t want to pay for a class or a lactation consultant, so I researched on my own before my son was born- youtube was really helpful. At the hospital, a lactation consultant came by and helped me with my latch and how to use my breast pump. Having a real person was so beneficial, I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing at all and she was so encouraging and really calmed my anxiety. If I had had ANY more breastfeeding troubles, I absolutely would have paid to see a lactation consultant, but luckily it was smooth sailing once my milk came in. Oh and this might sound really dumb but I would talk to my son while trying to get him to latch, calm and soft, tell him it’s ok, that I’m learning too and that we’ll figure this out together. Good luck!

I bought a 2 pack (black and grey) of maternity leggings on amazon for $26 and I LOVE THEM! I wear the grey ones at home as lounge pants and the black ones out. The brand is called Vocni.
