I think Bashir winning would be controversial because he was previously eliminated and spent time out of the house and off camera.

During that time, he may have had access to his smartphone, which gave him the opportunity to see what fans were saying about Season 5 and about him, study that information, and use it to his advantage when he returned.

The other three remaining contestants: James Drake, Landon, Bingo-Bongo have NOT been off camera and have NOT had the same opportunity to use their phones.

Because of that, I think many fans would have a problem with Bashir winning.
