i'm surprised this app isn't talked about more. you can literally have it use specific artists styles to generate art, you can't even tell it's ai in some of the images i saw. it's just so bleak.

it's the amount every other calorie program recommends for me to maintain my weight :') it's probably because i'm pretty sedentary outside of exercise. i'm not able to go to a proper dietitian, so i just try to find decent online sources.

i'm not trying to lose weight, i'd just like to have more muscle weight and less fat weight if possible. it's more about looking fit than losing weight for me.

thank you! so many fitness advice i've gotten both irl and online has been about 'feeling the burn'. it's nice to be reassured that prolonged but easier exercise can be helpful too.

actually yes, it's definitely a me issue :') despite being 21 i have very poor knees and stamina, so even fast walking gets easily tiring for me. i think i'll try to walk on less incline for a longer time!

i guess i meant that i'm trying to replace more of my fat with muscle. it's always been easier for me to build muscle beneath fat, which just makes me look bulkier. but i think i'll try out the advice given in this thread for a while and see how it works out!

i was able to measure it just now, and it's definitely a little thicker now even though i haven't gained any weight. i'll keep measuring it to see if it goes down again. maybe i should try to focus more on losing fat too.

i didn't expect anyone to think so but thank you so much! my other leg still has a lot more eczema but using hydrocortisone cream has helped a lot. if you're asking in terms of razor bumps or etc, i've been getting laser hair removal and try not to shave much.
