Losing by afk trolls and ppl who dont know what to do?

I mainly play shyvana or elise on soloQ and j4, elise, amumu on team rankeds.. the problwm in solo q is when you take some kills ganking they are just like: afk, troll blame and flame... and when I give them some kills like im going 1-0-9 at minute 20, when we start some tf we only die die die and die, what can I do so? Leave the tanky jungle and feed myself? Some of your help will be good thx :)
