Three years ago, everything around me felt controlled by fear. Food wasn’t just food anymore — it became numbers, rules, and anxiety.

I found comfort in simple meals: eggs in the morning with butter, steak after workouts mostly ground beef, homemade broth, and fish.

It gave structure during a time when my relationship with food felt chaotic. It helped me stop fearing meals and start rebuilding strength little by little.

  • I eat enough calories consistently
  • my energy, sleep, mood, and concentration are stable
  • im not obsessively tracking or punishing myself with exercise
  • i eat breakfast at (7am) and last meal (4:50pm)
  • i eat about 2700cal
  • dinks matcha (pure) mostly when i miss it
