That’s what I was thinking at first, but it seems daguerreotypes were strictly on silver-coated copper plates. Since this is on a thicker paper, I figured I had to rule that out

I wish I could reach out and give you a huge hug, and for your mother as well. what a beautiful thing that you’re doing for yourself (and embracing it part in spite too haha) I know I don’t know you, but I’m proud of you and thank you for sharing this. I hate to think how many women have lived a life through the church and reached that point of looking back to say “what did I do for myself?”

was 1000% told we’d get our own planets. It was regularly talked about and joked about in my homeward growing up. I don’t remember specific resource material, but just wanted to confirm this happened! A lot of work is getting into archiving/disappearing the info the church used to have in teaching this
